7 Apple Hotel - Viman Nagar Pune

The hotel is well located if you have work in viman nagar , with lots happening outlets around. The staff was polite . Room no 204 was clean but for the little smell from the AC. They could have done with some air freshner. Or use of phenyl in pocha may be. Negatives was that for two day stay on double occupancy the access card was deactivated in morning and had to be reactivated. Even wifi password expired in one day and had to be again fed in. wifi speed was okok. There is no room service and lunch ordered came as a surprise in parcel..on the go..the rates were very high and quantity of food was not even for one person. Instead of kettle in room there was a coffe tea making machine in corridor and one could take any amount of tea, coffee, hot water, cold water and Marie biscuits and masala khakra. Overall experience was good and hotel is in safe place Will advise to increase hygiene and cleanliness by using phenyl or disinfectants.

The Hotel is well placed and very nice I have visited the property the second time as it is really convenient. Breakfast is good but can be more better if Poha, Aloo Paratha and Upma could be added in the breakfast menu.

Rooms exceeded our expectations, the bed was really comfortable and spacious room. Service was amazing especially by Ashton Dias. He made sure that we were comfortable and had enough to eat. Since 2 of us do not eat spicy food, he also prepared them sandwiches with chicken. In addition they provided bottled water during dinner.

It was really good ! The location is easily accessible, and the facilities are also well done Especially as a solo female traveller, so was happy to say it was really safe !
